Eligibility and accounts
Access is intended for agents, agencies and permitted partners whose information Zenith has reviewed. (Awaiting approval: eligibility and verification rules, including referral-partner scope). Keep account information accurate and credentials private.
Information and agreements
Portal information is not a reservation or contract. Prices, availability and project terms require written confirmation. Signed project and Agency Agreements prevail over summaries. Projected returns are not guaranteed. Buy-back Guarantee (contractual): under the signed pooled-investment agreement, if the allocation is unsold at handover and the investor has complied with the agreement, the developer repurchases at 120% of the amount paid within 90 days after handover. The investor may instead retain the property and pay the balance within the stated period.
Materials and permitted use
Use Zenith materials only within the permission granted and for the approved purpose. Do not alter commercial claims or translate and publish materials without approval. Obtain advertising permits through Zenith before advertising. Do not misrepresent affiliation, scrape client data, share credentials or use the site unlawfully.
Client registrations
Supply accurate details with the client’s required consent. Registration and any protection are subject to (Awaiting approval: approved validity, protection, conflict and expiry rules). Commission and split arrangements require the applicable written agreement.
International-agent websites
The first three months are free. Each completed collaborative deal adds three months. Where no transaction is completed, USD 100 per month applies after the free period. Advertising and campaign effort charges are separate and applicable. Zenith provides the site and content; the agent promotes it and manages enquiries. Changes and account restrictions
