- Commission rate — for the relevant project and offer.
- Payment trigger — the event that makes the commission payable.
- Payment timing — when payment is due under the applicable agreement.
The Agency Agreement prevails. Confirm the five-working-day payment provision for Partnership in the applicable written schedule; do not assume it applies to other offers.
Co-agent or agency sharing
Confirm the allocation and payment arrangements in writing with the relevant parties and Zenith before proceeding.
