Prices, availability, payment plans and project terms require written confirmation from Zenith before they are shared. Projected returns are based on Zenith's current feasibility and are not guaranteed. The Buy-back Guarantee applies under the signed pooled-investment agreement only where the allocation is unsold at handover and the investor has complied with the agreement. Agents may advertise Zenith projects only with approved materials and an advertising permit obtained through Zenith.
